Baby steps... baby steps... taking this thing very slowly... and from the top... all previous posts of mine invalidated for the purposes of this thread (including and especially the ones to J.C.). Blank slate. No, blanker. Blanker. That's better. I state that there is a community of one or more Lojbanists that is interested in culture-neutral orthography, *and* believes it is an issue related to Lojban, *and* would eagerly appreciate a well-considered recommendation from the LLG as to which orthography is best. (I would humbly request members of that community to identify themselves. I am one, establishing the truth of the above statement.) Stated simply: I propose that the LLG give that community an official recommendation. (I am more than happy to offer my services to the LLG in the pursuit of this proposal.) I anticipate the possibility of several types of response to the proposal. I will say no more about them other than one earnest request (beg): If the community described is considered too small for the LLG to be bothered about, or if the LLG has other reasons to reject the proposal, please, someone with authority (and preferably evidence of that authority and evidence that that authority is currently earned) inform me of the fact, *now*, *please*. What say you (the community, individually and collectively) to the proposal? -- Good night, and have a rational tomorrow! mi'e .xius.
