I meant exactly "How one realizes that someone else is drunk". That is supported by further sentences, "See those two women? If they seem as four women for someone, he [competence] is drunk".

Since only You realize that You see four women when You're drunk and - perhaps -
nobody else, I thought it was about checking if one's drunk.
But it's funny both ways.
