Well I'm currently working on a (what is envisioned to be) a large scale human-computer interface using lojban. I have half a parser and am working on an interface at the moment, it's still in the preliminaries, but on the short term i'm looking at developing:

a Lojban parser that can deferentiate sumti, use them later as arguments for programs. maybe even make lojban a communicative medium for some cross-programming-language-functions. Maybe allowing for lots of programs being built out of frameworks as intuitive as a spoken language.
