In English, "noun1 noun2" can be read as a single noun phrase, with noun1 in the construct state. Then "another noun1 noun2" applies the determiner "another" to the noun phrase "noun1 noun2". But "another noun1" can't be parsed as a noun in the construct state, so the reading "(another noun1) noun2" fails. You might be able to override this reading with intonation--"a-NO-ther-world MAP"--but it would sound weird.
