I was just wondering where you got this list from. I'd like to continue studying the rafsi in order of their frequency of usage. I looked in the "wordlists" section of lojban.org but only found a list of rafsi that is alphabetically ordered. I could just write a script to parse the lujvo-frequency list but it would be easier if we had one already made up.
