The sentence is grammatical. But it doesn't specify temporality, so it
can mean not only "Did you see ..." but also "Do you plan on seeing
...", "Are you seeing ...", and so on. For your example, I suggest
{ba'o}.

{viska} means optical perception; so, if I catch some snippets of the
video on YouTube but don't watch the whole of it, that would still be
the case of {viska}. You might want to consider {zgana}, "observe".
Note that you can also use {ve skina} for {to watch a video}.
