What is your purpos= e in publishing this book? If your purpose is to publish a lojban book for speakers of the language to buy/enjoy then why would you want to change the way that audience reads the language? I just don't understand what you gai= n to benefit from it. It seems a little type-o-centric to say "it uses latin characters, therefore, for some reasons or other, it should use the same typographic standards". I don't see how publishing it in a way that makes the target audience "groa= n every time [they] pick it up" benefits *anybody* in *any way*. So please, why do you want to do this thing? That would be pretty old software. US International keyboards have sh= ipped on the Windows platform for a very long time indeed. I use an Irish k= eyboard on the Mac OS, and for me, A is shift-a, and =E1 is alt-a, The US k= eyboard on the Mac has alt-e + a for =E1. And has for years and years.

Yes, well, I'm going to use them, and they're discussed on p.= 67 of Nick and John's book.

They're discussed on p. 67 of Nick and John's book.

Well, fine. Then I *can* use them. :-)

They're discussed on p. 67 of Nick and John's book.
