US dollars have 3 codes. The common one is USD, but the other two are USN and USS; USN stands for the dollar the next day, and USS for the same day. This is a recommendation for all the currencies, but in the wikipedia page it's used only (I think) in dollars. I think those two are unnecessary. The codes that starts with an X are special codes that aren't used as a country currency. For example, XPT is platinum; XAG, silver; XXX is used when exchanges are done without currencies. But, XAF is the CFA francs for 6 African countries. There are many currencies without a code (you can see them here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217#Without_currency_code ). Some of then have unofficial codes, but I don't know what should be done with the= m. Thinking in terms of jbovlaste, the wikipedia page has a list with the names written like this: SHP -> Saint Helena pounds -> Saint Helena (code, currency name, Country) I think it would be more useful to have only "pounds" in the name column (if that's the name used by locals). So, the jbovlaste entry would be: ru'ursuxepu =3D x1 is the currency with the ISO-4217 code SHP (pounds, in= Saint Helena). And as gloss words: - pounds, as in Saint Helena pounds. So, when you look for pound in the ENG->JBO index: -pounds, United Kingdom pounds Saint Helena pounds And many more... I don't know if there should be more places (x2, x3) in the definition...= That would be all for now :) mu'o mi'e .leos. --=20 My lojban journal: http://learninglojban.wordpress.com My personal blog: http://leomolas.tumblr.com --------------enigC7ECDCA475B83E6E85776ED3 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name="signature.asc" Content-Description: OpenPGP digital signature Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="signature.asc" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.12 (MingW32) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJLuliGAAoJEGPqAjdF26uEiVQH/Au2VcUdXJU+9VdEydksRmsa kR5VamX4+rWXyXv0ycaUPvRU9Su76mpb8jECssnvEIYjo2DuGJTnx9iJGQQmxCUN FkC6hpmWqCgwFUWinZfd7LI5bP49L2mWJloAkq6O/MSJ12ppL3Ryj2iKvPixl+eB ySEhhtK0iSiQhwzQVHYtzCWqVBbKLEkx1zPmGUhcU5xIJgMl+Esbz6+sg3dBGNkf HmO5renYj2ol2tIuElgBJHx+OmSNYumQRgm3qYhyl/0ERHtiE4/VSkPEq5ZQ8puT UJRZz2KjFYxDJ1r6+us2By87/fHGYthWLwD2niVfvLaZ67bM//KydmpSdcRERpI= =6eND -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------enigC7ECDCA475B83E6E85776ED3--
