There's one place in non-spaceless text where you need stress: na= mes.

No, that's the only place you need it in = standard text, and even then, only on non-standard stressed names.

In spaceless text, you have to mark stress on all brivla:

locrib= ecutAvlami

That's the only place I ever bother marking it, or have seen others
doing so outside of examples of talking about Lojban morphology and
things like the tosmabru test, since nobody actually writes spaceless
text.
