It makes an adjective, "related to something" (other languages may differ, i do not know a lot of them). Frequently that "something" is a locality. And "lenugo'i" is for the reason: language/culture needs some "carrier density" to grow. So, "locality" + bangu, kulnu, etc. reflects the problem domain as close as possible, which is good thing. So, we only need the registry of locality names. Something like: "Eng" =E2=89=88 "Earth/([49..54]=C2=B0, [-2..+2]=C2=B0,[500..nau]years)"... From that we can get: territory (+tutra), language (+bangu), culture(+kulnu), state(+gugde or jecta), and, probably, more. If we join the parts as type3 fu'ivla, we'll get enough places for "dialect/province/subculture".
