The editorial details are still being worked --= indeed, who the editor is is still being worked out -- and so I can't say = how long a piece in a single language will be appropriate, but having somet= hing ready to go is surely an advantage (having it already available on the= net may be a disadvantage, but obviously I don't now for sure).
