There = is arguably a difference in knowing the method for doing something, & a= ctually knowing how to do it, i.e., how to implement the method. It may be = too slim a difference to matter.

How about {tersadju'o}? If you know {= lo te snada be da}, you know how to theoretically bring about {da}, if not = necessarily with a success.
