and/or would actually build stuff, if it was fast and stable.

It would still work about the same way it does now, otherwies.

For me, the issue is very much momentum, not speed or stability (not that those helped, of course). I would definitely spend time there if there were=
activity. Since this produces a chicken-and-egg problem, I'll just star= t
spending time there again, and encourage others to do so.
