It seems like limli'a is good enough as a generic word for meaning "swimmin= g body-of-water". But if one wanted to specifically refer to a man-made structure they would need to be more specific with something like {zbalimli'a} for a made swimming pool vs {rarlimli'a} for a swimming hole o= r what-have-you). I like this idea of using few pieces lujvo to make more generic words and making the more specific lujvo tend to be made up of more pieces. la2 is the location, not the material. The fluid is normally water, s= o that
can be put last. So I suggest
la1 is a pool at location la2 where li1 swims in fluid li2.
