If "lo rolnicte" is all nights together, then "ca lo r= olnicte" doen't
seem to be something repeated every night. I can't get from "ca ro= lo
nicte" to "ca lo rolnicte".

That would work for me. I don't know what the original says, but = from
the context I would have expected a simple "ca lo nicte" ("a= t night"),
since she seems to be talking about all the things she habitually
does. None of the other things are explicitly quantified, so I
wouldn't quantify the day/evening/night three either.
