The closer you could make it work to GD's scan pop up, the happier I would be. I'm perfectly happy with +{hotkey} being used to open it - I would personally change the hotkey to menu, myself (the key between the windows and control keys right of the space bar on a standard U.S. keyboard), and I would prefer that close the dialog, not {hotkey}. Specifically I would love if QD was able to pick up the desired word based on what word was under the mouse, instead of needing to be selected, purely because QD can be made to not treat you're as the words "you" and "re", or to use lojban valsi, to not treat {ba'argau} as the words {ba} and {argau}, which GD does with the scan pop up, by the way. > If others agree that this would make for a more useful program, I will > incorporate it into my v2 (which will also be more flexible with parsing > cmavo clusters like mu'onai which it currently treats as a bizarre lujvo). > > > On Sun, Oct 31, 2010 at 5:36 PM, Jonathan Jones wrote: > >> That's actually very similar to the GoldenDict program's popup feature. I put it up on file dropper because that seemed easiest. =A0I know man= y mail clients will choke if they see an email with a zip attachment that c= ontains .exe's.
