I wish I could remember how we came to the decision. I would rearrange a bit - tanru are composed of two ziltau, and a ziltau is either a brivla or cmavo (or a few other constructs.) I'm also definitely glad you included cmene in there, as I'm fairly sure none of the existing texts differentiates between cmene and cmevla.
