The main restriction i= s that each noun must start with the letter the last noun ended with. Has anyone done anything similar for lojban? The concept doesn't translate too cleanly, as lojban gismu start with consonants and end with vowels. Would cmavo be valid words for the game? I'd say no. Would lujvo? I'd say no, but less strongly than about cmavo. Would fu'ivla? I'm not sure.
