The only other equivalent option, as has ben previously mentioned in this thread, is GoldenDict, and the most important feature of GD is the scan popup, which is buggy as all hell for me, and does the exact same thing (although in a more pretty package) as QD, so I switched to using QD. Well, I don't know about other people, but = I've been using it.
