There is a LoCCan 3 file out there somewhere, into which people have been p=
utting complaints and suggestions for years.  I have no idea where it is, t=
hough, nor what it contains now.  I do recall from long ago calls for an ea=
sier and more accurate anaphoric pronoun system and simplification of the r=
epetitive logical connectives system.
