I read about Loccan, the ideas are interesting but, they lack the most 
important ingredient that is the will to go along.
Just curious, have you (everyone here) tried getting support and funding 
from any large institution? Google, Microsoft or NASA maybe? to fund a 
Lojban 2 or <enter_logical_language_name_here> project? Or even linguistic 
support from *any *university to start working on a complete overhaul of 
Lojban? Maybe I'm being a bit optimistic, yes? no?
