There is a rather subtle difference, I'd say. It's not a logical difference, but rather a pragmatic difference. If you say {mi klama} you are saying that you go to some contextually relevant place, from some contextually relevant origin, etc. If you say {mi me lo klama} you are saying that you are a member of a contextually relevant set of goers. Now, there always is a set of goers whenever there is going, so that's not a difference in itself, but in an odd context it could make a difference that you're explicitly mentioning it like that. Let me try to draw it out: {.i ti'e so'o jbopre ba klama la .bastyn. .i xu do klama} "I hear some Lojbanists are going to Boston. Are you going?" {.i mi na me lo klama .i mi klama la .bastyn. mu'i lo drata ku'i} "I'm not one of the goers.
