In some languages, capitalization is used to indicate that an expresison is being used in a more specific meaning. So there are, e.g., questions and Questions, which are a particular kind of question the author is talking ab= out. In a more extreme case, there are questions and The Question. If that is the situation, a way of vaguely pointing the specificity would be with a tanru with an unspecific seltau, or maybe a lujvo.
