I mass imported the whole http://www.lojban.org/tiki/dotco+gi%27uste page 
into jbovlaste.

The remaining work is to be done in jbovlaste itself. As for cmavo take a 
look at this file

after translating the cmavo send it to me. I can quickly mass import them.
