Cancellation of Public Account Status due to income tax fraud accusations

Dear accountant officer,

We have been notified of your recent assistance in income tax return fraudulent activity  on behalf of one of your clients. According to AICPA Bylaw Subsection 700 your Certified Public Accountant status can be revoked in case of the occurrence of presenting of a misguided or fraudulent income tax return on the member's or a client's behalf.
