In chapter 1 of "Lojban for beginners"=20

says to pronounce the Lojban letter 'o':

"as in bold or more =E2=80=94 not as in so (this should be a 'pure' sou=
nd.)".

However, according to the wikipedia page=20
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lojban_grammar>, the preferred pronunciat=
ion of=20
this letter is IPA [o] (close-mid back rounded vowel), which, if I unde=
rstand=20
correctly, is the 'o' in "so", not in "bold" or "more".

As this email address is mentioned in the preface of the beginner's gui=
de, I=20
was hoping that you might clarify this for me.
