This corresponds to the time when the remnant mid-level circulation of Odile is expected to track into the Desert Southwest, enhancing lift in the atmosphere for heavy rain and thunderstorms. - Local flash flooding also possible: Anytime from Monday evening through Friday or Saturday.

Peak flood threat areas:Central, southeast Arizona, southern New Mexico, extreme West Texas (near and just east of El Paso).
