Sorry if it sounds odd...cannot find one anywhere at moment...Thankyou if anyone can reply to this...(first time on here) You said without cutting the steeks, you'd have no arm holes....that I understand because there was one a small hole left for the arm hole at a certain point and then u cast on and kept knitting in the round. But my question is, how did you go back and knit the sleeve down after acutally cutting the stitches? Maybe I'd have to try this to really understand, but I'm quite confused at the moment as to what you do right after cutting the steeks. Like how you finish it. How do you go about picking up stitches that aren't connected to any other stitches? or do you do that from the good side of the sewing? divide heel in thirds. 1st rw=right side row work all of 1st third, work of 2nd third to last , k this last stitch together thru back of loops with 1st of 3rd third = slip 1st of 2nd third knitwise and return thus back to needle. work together and turn. slip 1st and p to last of center third. p together this with last of 1st third. turn again and slip 1st st. Work together each time the last and 1st of center third with following until all the of the outer thirds are worked in"
