It seems to me, in the dark reaches of my memory, I've read about using cheese rinds for ----- er, something. I just bought some delicious Gruyere cheese that has a large rind on it. Since the rind cost as much as the cheese I was wondering if it can be used (or eaten). Doesn't look appetizing but hey------- Limburger doesn't smell appetizing but I love it. Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated, especially if you've used them yourself. (Not limited to Gruyere)

I just want to get the car within my credit and go. But you have to wait some more because they have to take it and get it washed which he said it would be 5-10 minutes which took more like 25 minutes! Shouldn't it already be cleaned and washed ready to go?.. No I guess not. To top it off, by the time I get in the car, I only have 1/8 of a gas tank! 1/8!! Really, Enterprise? So inconvenient! bacon goodness... everything is good with bacon right? It probably would have been if I actually tasted the bacon, but it turned out to be more of a bland meatloaf. My fiance lovessss meatloaf, he didn't even want to take home his leftovers! The chicken sandwich was another disappointment, the flavors didn't mesh well and the chicken was dry. I didn't even want to attempt to finish it. The only thing I somewhat enjoyed with the sweet potato fries that came with it. Chef Aaron Sanchez! You can do better than this!Came into the lounge for some dessert which is off to the side of the restaurant. Don't waste your time on the volcano! It's nothing but mediocre! Something I can make at home for way cheaper. And the brownie wasn't even warm. Heck you can walk down to Ghiradelli and get a sundae for way better and more satisfying and definitely more delicious and even cheaper with a warm brownie! My fianc and I only came to try it out based on blog reviews and it sure disappointed us. I wouldn't suggest sitting out by the water at night or get ready to be bitten up. Might be better in the daytime to check out the view
