Their soups are always made from... Prior to the advent of Yelp, TripAdvisor, and the like, The Frosty Mug catered mostly to locals, as the bartender told me today when I stopped by for lunch.... Due to the name I assumed this was another neighborhood sports bar-not at all. Great menu, great servers, great food! I had the filet with the loaded mashed... 2 words....Hanger Steak. Deeeeelicious. If in Mt Vernon, IL for the night....this is the place...hands down. Great atmosphere....food is equisite. Have you ever dreamed of taking a biscuit and gravy bath? You will after you eat here. ....My son ordered the B\u0026G. At least I think he did- seems like it... Awesome service and great food. Our server is Julie and I couldn't have asked for a better server! She's hands down one of the best servers I've ever... Found this place on Yelp... it is much superior to Tequilas... food was much more tasty ... better consistency ... margaritas were good. Lunch specials were... Solid 4 star fried chicken. Hot \u0026 juicy. 5th star was for clean restrooms. You never know what your going to get when you stop on the road. My wife and I came here on a hot date. The food was exceptional and service was lovely. I had the Guiso de Res which is a beef stew. Super tender and tasty.... The food is good, seasoned well. The atmosphere and decor is lacking and dirty and busted. It seems like the owner does not care unfortunately. The workers... Very nice local eatery in downtown Ferris! Service is friendly and atmosphere is diner casual.....The menu has something for everyone and you won't be... We ate here in the late afternoon and were very impressed with such a nice Italian eatery in this small town. The menu is varied and very reasonably... Thus place really hit the spot. Authentic Green food. Authentic Greek staff who sees to it that you understand what your ordering and that you enjoy it.... If i could give this more than 5 stars I would. I will be brief because i could and have talked about this experience for days. All you need to know:..- Food... I ate here for the first time today, located in the space formerly housing Good 2 Go Tacos, and it exceeded my (high) expectations.....I popped in for lunch,...
