tside counsel; that Kavanaugh is not present at her hearing; that he testif=
ies first, and that the committee subpoenas other witnesses, including Kava=
naugh=E2=80=99s friend Mark Ford, who she says was in the room at the time =
of the alleged assault.=20

 have been reported to the FBI and she and her family have been forced out =

gree on terms that are fair and which ensure her safety.  A hearing on Mond=

nge his opinion of Kavanaugh.=20
