1. Infrared thermometers can let you test anyone for a fever without actually touching them. This is absolutely critical - so that you don't expose yourself to the illness.

2. If you have a young kid in the house, you know they need consistent sleep to fight off any illness. With the IR thermoemter, you don't even have to wake them up to take their temperature. Just hover over their forehead to get a reading.
