I'm now almost certain that what happened was that because my
name/social was previously associated with the LLG's account, they
had that as a starting point for my new mortgage account; it had the
LLG's mailing address as my primary home address, and
lojban@lojban.org as my email.

I suspect that this account simply started with that info so my
changing it won't change your stuff, but I've now finished all my
changes, so please check again that the account doesn't have my info
for address, email or phone number.
