It's still extremely rough, but it now automatically makes html,
pdf, and epub;
http://vrici.lojban.org/~rlpowell/media/public/tmp/?C=M;O=D (the
stuff near the top is the stuff that's actually been updated).

That's a test bed; don't complain about what you see, please, unless
you're offering to help.
