Retaining my membership requires nothing from me, and remaining on the board appears to harm nothing so far as I can tell, and stepping down requires that I put in the effort to do so. Therefore, I have seen no reason to step down. But of course I'm happy to do so if that is my responsibility. Does the board have a preference about it?
