No one else has responded.  Likewise to And's later statement.  Lacking 
any motions or other statements from other members, I will still 
consider them members for purposes of this meeting.  (After the meeting 
the Secretary can accept their resignations without a vote.)

We are still open for reports.

No new members have been proposed.

No one has been nominated for the Board.  Since we must have Board 
members, I will assume a default motion to reelect all current directors 
as a slate.  If a contrary motion is proposed, and seconded, it will 
replace this one (we must have at least 3 directors, and someone on the 
Board must live in Virginia, who may be elected independently of the 
others).

If no contrary motion is proposed, then I will allow until the end of 
Wednesday (0000 UT) for objection to this motion.

If a contrary motion is proposed and seconded, please start voting  on 
it immediately without waiting for me to say anything.  I will allow 
three days for voting on that motion.

Following Board election, we will take up any old business followed by 
new business.
