Yes, the book is still in print, and you can order it directly from us, 
or wait until we can resupply Amazon.com.  We have around 150 copies 
left, which should last at least a year (and we plan to have a new 
edition ready by the time we sell them out, but the guy doing the work 
has young twins and hasn't been able to spend the time he needs).

I need to send half of them off to Amazon ASAP so that they can again 
fill orders (they ran out just before Xmas), but I injured my arm and 
back with nerve damage, and haven't had the strength and nerve control 
to lift heavy boxes.  Hopefully within a few weeks I will again be able 
to do so.  I can fill individual orders a little easier, though I'm not 
too efficient at it.  You can order and pay through paypal (you could in 
theory also send a cheque, but I haven't processed a foreign cheque in 
so long, I'm not sure if our means of doing it is still available).

The text of the book should be available on the lojban site, so you can 
find grammar information there.
