proposed to that source document can be presented as colorized diffs

build it themselves from source, and the main skills required to
maintain it are XML and CSS.

My plan, unless people really want me to try something else (see my
other mail on this topic) is to print that at Lightning Source, even
though it's not complete, just to make sure that it looks good on
paper, and then do all the tweaking that's still needed.
