Robin has been helping me to understand LLG's bookkeeping practices and reporting requirements. As part of this, I compiled and filed Virginia Sales Tax Reports for the second two quarters of 2014 under his supervision. I am now reporting this filing to the membership on behalf of the Secretary/Treasurer.

The Q3 report was late and was settled with a $10 penalty. The Q4 report, which is due January 20, covered a period of zero tax liability.

The current balance in the LLG bank account is $13,839.71. The current balance with PayPal is $2,966.66.

The next Virginia Sales Tax Report, for 2015 Q1, is due April 20. Following that, IRS Form 990 is due May 15.
