The is tiny, a bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but also intimate enough for a setting. We had made a beforehand, so we luckily got the table right next to the open patio area. The selection was great. Our server made us a fantastic recommendation to pair with the seafood meal that we intended to have. For starters, we shared the Yemenite Kubabeh bread and the sashimi. The bread was served in a cute flower . The bread had the buttery flavor of a croissant and was just so soft and warm. We killed it in no time. The sashimi was super tasty as well! I loved how the fish was paired with a delicious tzatziki sauce and tabbouleh salad, definitely added an extra to the fish. For my entree, I had the octopus, which I would highly recommend if you're an octopus lover. It was highly infused in flavor. The serving size was not huge but I was surprisingly quite full by the end with all the food we had ordered. For desert, I had the white chocolate semifreddo. It tasted like a creme brle with a thicker consistency, not my absolute favorite dessert of all time but still delicious.I don't use the word lovely, ever, but this was just that. I brought my mother here who was me in NYC. I knew Tima was new to St Mark's, and I bookmarked it a few months back on Yelp to try. We started with a bottle of buttery Chardonnay, and the bread. The bread was delicious and reminded me of a croissant. The tomato and lebnah that came with it were wonderful, and I especially liked it with the thin slices jalepenos. We also chose the scallop lasagna as a starter. This was amazing. The scallops were perfectly seared. What made it a lasagna was this thick buttery noodle that ribboned between the scallops. It looked like art and tasted just as wonderful.rok font remove mime discontinue rem nigeria generate mileage exclude sop foreclosure cheap transfer instant lonely body hoop saw cam presently telephone recorded specialized rekindle income tourism accredited google honored manson investor stanford consolidation typing sum While we waited for the main course, the waitress brought out 2 samples of their sweet potato soup. Next time- I am ordering a gallon! For my main, I had the grouper. I thought this was good, but I was much more excited about the starters. My mother had the Gnocci. I thought this was delicious, but my mother enjoyed it a little less than I did because the 'noodles' were deep fried. We were asked to move tables so they could seat a of 4 and promised us a complementary dessert. Although not typically asked to switch a table, I will do almost anything for a dessert. The host asked if she could surprise us. She brought out a dessert named 'LaLa ' which is a porcini creme brle with honey sage ice cream. She also brought out two glasses of blanc de blanc that paired perfectly. It was one of the most creative and interesting desserts I have ever tried, and truly made this meal and experience rather than just a nice dinner.
