Under what conditions will a derivative be semi-officially endorsed as "Lojban"? How Lojbanic will this be? To what extent will it be endorsed and how officially? We can pre=C3=ABmpt these issues. I think that the description in the page and all future material should say that cultural neutrality and the other things are original /goals/ in and for the design of Lojban, which each may have been satisfied to varying degrees according to various judgments. At the least, it should be so on the main page, since that is relatively easy to change. That way, it is very clear and everybody (.a'o) is happy. We should indeed lock the official or important pages and explicitly state that any other page is unofficial and reflects, at most, the opinions of the contributors. Moreover, once this is done, it sounds like I would support the creation of a new cmavo in experimental cmavo space (at an appropriate depth) that behaves in the way desired. I am not particularly opposed to the proposing of novel cmavo, I should again note. I do not think that ZOhOI working with certain phonotactics and not others tends to favor one culture over another unduely. I would not even immediately make the claim that this is "beneficial" favoring. Or, if it does, I am not really sure how that it fixable. And in any case, I would not say that this particularly disrupts cultural neutrality. It is not the fault of Lojban that certain languages work better with its functionality than others. In any case, the other languages can be quoted via "zoi", so it is not the case that they are totally unsupported. It may be unfortunate, but it is not an intentional bias in Lojban that truly upsets its achieving of its goals.
