It's important for teaching Lojban. Let's imagine someone wants a
natlang-like phrasebook on Lojban. They will need a word for "permit" as
opposed to "let". Core vocabulary lacks it. They need bigger dictionaries
but without explaining radians and trigonometric functions.

On the other hand other people might need general descriptions of the
universe with Higgs mechanism explained in pure Lojban. A dictionary for
them will lack words for "Marocco".

LLG/BPFK will have to deal with paedagogics anyway.
