So one has the right to be silent for several months and suddenly decide "I
forgot to mention something"?
I think members need to be prepared for every meeting immediately
presenting their proposals when time for new business comes.
There need to be rules for that. I would even limit LLG meetings to one
month for voting on issues already prepared by others and discussed outside
LLG meetings.
Otherwise it seems this meeting can last forever with activity only once
every several weeks.
