This place has great character, clean and comfortable amenities, and really tasty food. I'm so glad I got talked into ice cream after lunch. Scrumptious! The Waterfront is an all around awesome dining experience. This is not a place to go if you are on a budget! Average meal per person is apprx. $35-40. Wait... A Lansing restaurant for many many years.  I have ate lunch here more times than I can count.  Love their lunch specials and burgers.  Salad bar is awesome.... The Charmant is a recently renovated candy factory turned hotel! The hotel itself is awesome--cool, modern digs with a great vibe. Customer service is... Pretty neat spot in the middle of a town in the middle of nowhere . ....Service always kind of blows . Partially to do with how busy it always is . Maybe hire... Outstanding experience.   We had a group of 6 and all of us loved our meals.  The staff really knows wine.  We will be back! We've always loved the food and desserts at Kate's. Took our two granddaughters there again tonight and had a wonderful time. The chicken and shrimp and... I'm hoping as many people as possible see this and take heart.  My friends and I were visiting LaCrosse for three days to see the chapels and shrines of the... I am always apprehensive when I walk into a pub by myself but I wanted to check out this place I was told they had amazing French onion soup.  So I walked... I had not been to the Hilltop for 20 years, but was reminded this morning why it is such a long standing landmark in the UP.  Great food, great service and... We've had pizza all over Europe and the US and It's tough to find a better thin crust pizza than this...Perfect proportions of cheese, toppings and sauce... The drive-in is a nice, seasonal option for dinning if you're in the area. We've been coming to Baraga around the 4th for years, but never tried this place,... The place is a bit old school and you kinda wait in youself, especially when busy.   That being said, everything is made from scratch and it's definately... The service was great. Salad was good. Steak was ok. Family told me their fish was excellent. Nice restaurant. Best thin crust pizza ever.  Number 6, cheese out.  Order it and enjoy.  Also enjoy the throwback decorations and most of all, a working \"Timber\" arcade... Much better than the older reviews state, as they are under new ownership with a new chef.  Wonderful Friday night fish fry, friendly staff.  My friends...
