Dear Publisher,

We would like to inform you that our current print partner based in Brazil, i-Supply, has ceased operations. We have received notice of this change as of November 1st, 2016.

What does this mean for publishers?
Lightning Source ceased transmitting publisher files to i-Supply on November 1, 2016. The last sales from Brazil will be up through the 1st of November, and these will be displayed in a later publisher compensation report.

What will happen to all of my print files?
i-Supply has confirmed it does not have metadata or print files remaining on its servers.

Lightning Source is committed to finding print partners across the world to help publishers sell more books in more markets. Expanding our global markets to reach new countries is at the forefront of the global connect program, and our list of participating countries is always growing. Italy and China will soon be going live in the Global Connect program. We are actively pursuing a new partner in the Brazilian market and will notify you when this takes place.
