Trout lodge is definitely a family favorite whenever we visit the Cascades. It is conveniently located on US-12 on the banks of the Tieton River. ....There is... Like others who reviewed this place, we went to Crystal Mountain for a little exploring, riding the gondola and viewing Mt. Rainier.....It is a small cabin... This iconic lodge has been the staple calorie replenishment source after every one of our epic mountain adventures. The burgers? Not that great. However eat... We'd heard about this place from some friends and decided to stop in try it out. FACT - they had the best fish and chips we've ever had and one of the best... Located at the top of queens run, I remember last time I likes the teriyaki. Not this time, the \"Asian station\" was closed. Looked like they don't open much... I've had great experiences with the food, but I haven't actually dined \"in\" - we usually get food to-go. So, regarding the take-out experience.......VERY... We recently had lunch at Whistlin Jack Lodge on the beautiful Naches River and were pleasantly surprised. Had heard some negative comments but wanted to go...
