Nothing has happened since the last meeting. Would anyone like to help me? I 
have a database schema, but would like to discuss it.

I think that NooLearn is missing some features that we should have in a 
proficiency test:
*Choose m out of a set of n questions, where m<n.
*Present a passage of text, followed by a set of questions about the passage 
(reading comprehension).
