Not long ago, my friend Mike went to grab his cellphone when he noticed a few missed calls from his mother and a text message that simply said...

"Please call me as soon as possible"

Sensing something was wrong, he called back right away, and when he did...he received the {horrible|terrible] news:

His grandmother, a huge part of his childhood and a second mother to him, had not only had a massive heart attack a few hours before...

...after arriving at the intensive care unit, she literally died twice on the stretcher before the doctors and nurses were finally able to get her stabilized.

As with almost every heart attack sufferer, there's a good chance she never even expected such a horrible experience to happen to her.

And like most, she probably assumed that if it did, she'd know it by numbness in her arm or a sudden jolt of pain in her chest.

But guess what?

There are actually three other little-known signs a heart attack may be about to strike, and since heart attacks kill one person every 90 seconds in America, I want to share these warning signs with you now so you know them.

After all, minutes matter when it comes to a heart attack and saving your life or someone you love.

#3: Feeling nauseous and sweating profusely. How many folks do you think assumed they ate some bad food or were out of shape to explain feeling uneasy, and then not long after, found themselves clutching their chest when a heart attack strikes?

I did not have high expectations when I came here. I was in the area and there was not much to choose from. I looked at the menu and I was very impressed... Had lunch today from Allan's. The falafel were delicious. I also enjoyed the chicken kabobs. Most places, I need a lot of sauce and this place has some... Our family tried out The Rustic Wheelhouse this afternoon for lunch. Everything was quite delicious...I haven't been to this space in a long time, and it... Really pissed off that Yelp deleted my update without saving the content.  My old review was for their prior location when I was just starting out on Yelp.... I'm giving these guys five stars cause they care. The owners are nice people and he gets it. He's done a nice job of hiring good talent who all understand... We were able to come in just before the rush. The decor of the restaurant is festive and tasteful with light colored walls and art. Could use some updating... This will now be our go-to spot! Everything was amazing from salad to the apps (calamari and French onion soup) to the main courses. I had the sirloin and... Just had dinner last night and what a great evening... the decor, the service. . And the food was amazing.  Such great variety on the menu. I'm originally... I enjoyed coming to 208 Grill.  Nice ambiance, spacious, and friendly staff.  The veggie burger was also delicious and the truffle fries was an added bonus.... We really liked this place and hope to come back soon. We loved the interior (of course) and the chips were INCREDIBLE (super thick, freshly fried, salted... I'm going to keep it simple- with lots of pictures. I had one of the most amazing meals of my life last night. We almost ordered the entire menu... Each dish... The best Pho I've ever had. I had rare steak and DH had brisket and flank. We shared an order of egg rolls. Total was $22. ..Atmosphere is not what I... I give this place a 4 b/c our experience was tainted by our waitress. She was definitely having an off night. We waited 30 minutes for her to tell us to... Awesome Place!....And Nothing like having this Great Place of Dining and Entertainment in our own very Backyard! Ummmmm.... new favorite work spot!....This place has it all..-amazing food..- amazing drinks (beer and coffee)..- great wifi..- phenomenal service..- pet friendly... One of my favorite new restaurants in Austin! There's ample parking in the lot and on the street. It wasn't crowded when we came on a Monday night. ....I came... What a great new restaurant! Classic Italian meets modern wood fired fare....Garlic bread - for only $2 a person this is a must order. The garlic butter herb... GREAT things are WORTH the WAIT! But fair warning, it's a long wait! ....Yes, this place takes forever, but I promise you that every single item on her menu...c2c7e55fbfda4353ca10c7b6e541eeed
