If the official body decides spending no money for the new official
website, I recommend the following method.
The treasurer plus some reliable members (maybe selected by election)
including BPFK chair share a password for a new free personal account
for the official body. They invite all members to collaborators of all
the repositories of LLG. In addition, The BPFK chair invites all BPFK
members to collaborators of all the repositories of BPFK. In the case
that one of the members sharing the password is replaced by another
member, the password should be changed.

It is somehow unsafe than paid plan, still it has much less
possibility of dictatorship than letting someone manage servers for
the official body.
