Report: the owner of the original repository agreed to make the
repository public, and the repository forked to ponjbogri was
restored:
https://github.com/ponjbogri/cemfanva

The reason for that the repository was private was copyright issue.
For the time we worked on translation of a Japanese book into Lojban
on the repository, the original author of the book has not yet
permitted to make the translation public on the internet. It was
permitted later, and the translation was published in the form of a
web page:
https://ponjbogri.github.io/cemfanva/niwa/niwa2013.html
but the repository itself was kept private for no reason.

That is a good example of the case that a paid private repository is
required for group working, though I don't think the official body has
any issues that require group working in private.
